These Podcasts (which has been made possible by the National Lottery Heritage Fund) aims to showcase the activities, events and the women involved and to highlight opportunities for women to get involved in the WI.

It is equally as special as Ruth was interviewed by 17 year old Megan Woods-Powell, who is about to join us as a WI member on her 18th Birthday.

Ruth shares her experiences with Megan and describes some amazing reflections over her 74 years of membership.

Anchor Group Event Led By Bedworth Belles - An Afternoon with Dan Hunter from the Great British Bake Off!

In this episode, we will talk to Liz Hampton from Bedworth Belles as the afternoon with Dan Hunter is underway and we will hear from the ladies who attended the event.

The Anchor Group of WIs take it in turns to host a large annual event for all 9 WIs in the area. This year had a special guest, Dan Hunter!

During a wonderful afternoon, Dan spoke about his experiences on GBBO and judged the all-important cake competition.
