The Great Nuneaton Poppy Project
Anchor Group WI is proud to support the Treacle Tarts WI in creating a stunning display of handmade poppies to cover the six columns of Nuneaton Town Hall for Remembrance Day 2026. Members and the wider community are invited to get involved—whether you knit, crochet or craft, every poppy will form part of this meaningful tribute.
Singo Bingo Night – Stockingford Ribbons WI
Join Stockingford Ribbons WI on 6th June 2026 for a lively Singo Bingo night at Kingswood Tavern — with DJ Sticks on the decks, exciting raffle prizes, and a tempting cake sale.
Poppy Picnic in The Park
Join us for a relaxed community picnic in support of the Great Nuneaton Poppy Project. Bring your picnic, chair, and enthusiasm as we work together to create thousands of handmade poppies that will form a stunning Remembrance display on Nuneaton Town Hall.
Whether you knit, crochet, or would simply like to learn, everyone is welcome. Come along, meet fellow members of the community, and help create something truly meaningful.

Breast Friends on Tour 2026
Join us for Breast Friends on Tour—a joyful women-only charity walk through Nuneaton, filled with friendship, decorated bras, bright T-shirts and plenty of glitter!
Together, we’ll walk a four-mile route between local pubs, enjoying music and entertainment along the way while celebrating survivors, remembering those we have lost and raising vital funds for the Breast Care Unit at George Eliot Hospital.
